In this case, Vine Life Products LLC is fully released and not to be held responsible for replacement of lost, damaged or stolen product. All dealings, insurance claims etc. will be the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING POLICY & TIME FRAME:
Muscadine Supplement shown on website includes FREE SHIPPING and is Shipped via USPS First Class or via USPS Priority (12 bottle bundle). All orders are shipped same day if order is received before 2pm Monday - Friday (except Holidays & Weekends). Orders placed after 2pm will ship the next day. Larger Bulk orders will ship via UPS Ground.
Muscadine Juice will ship via USPS Priority or UPS depending on quantity ordered and customer is responsible for shipping cost.
SECTION 8 - REFUND POLICY:
30 Day Money Back Guarantee - On single (1) bottle Muscadine Supplement purchase only. Just contact us by email or phone to receive a Return Confirmation Number, then ship the item back to us within 30 days from the date of your purchase and we'll refund back the original price. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return product back to Vine Life Products. We can not give you a refund without a Return Confirmation Number.
